APPLICATION

PAN OIL LEADER CWM is a polishing and glazing agent which can be used on soft or hard centres with sugar or sugarless coating. 

• - The recommended dosage is 40 to 80 g per 100 kg of finished products. 
• -This dosage can vary depending on the nature of centres (size, porosity, etc...).

Example for 100kg of centres

Centres must be dry and placed in a conventional pan or an automatic coating pan (i.e: DUMOULIN) 

• -      Spread 20 to 25g of PAN OIL LEADER CWM and revolve pan during 5mn without air blowing 
• -    Repeat this step during 10 to 20mn
• -    If the gloss is not obtained, blow some air during 5mn in order to reduce the moisture in the coating. 

If every steps are achieved, finish product may be packed immediately.
